The stable is less than 40 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and Hartsfield International Airport. It sits on 5 acres at the end of a quiet street with gently rolling hills, and is able to host 16 horses in spacious stalls. All stalls were designed with outdoor dutch windows, allowing for maximum ventilation, and yoke fronts that provide both a warm inviting feel and the opportunity for the “residents” to socialize. There are also two tack rooms, and each horse/rider has a designated private locker. Two roomy wash stalls allow optimal before and after care, and a third separate wash stall was designed especially for use by farriers, veterinarians and other third parties.

The focal point of the property, seated just below the barn, is a competition sized, state-of-the art covered arena.  Much consideration went into the selection of the exceptional footing which was designed by Footing Solutions. This footing is comparable to the injury eliminating footing used at many of the industries top competitions. Mirrors run the height and length of one entire end of the arena. The arena is perfectly sited on the property to offer shade to horse and rider from the intense Georgia’s sunshine and relief from the blustery winter winds. There are 5 grass turn out paddocks, and 4 sand paddocks. Horses can and do get out of doors in all weather conditions. There is a separate round pen for dedicated lunge and long line work which keeps the arena free for riding only. The Atlanta Dressage Training Center was designed to provide every element of excellent care for serious dressage work.
